4 The second Stork Status Report of June 6, 1952 stated that a preliminary analysis of existing reports had been com- pleted and that a tentative sighter's questionnaire had been developed. It also described the IBM computer data analysis scheme that would be used in the statistical study which the Air Force had requested.
