Canada UFO Reports: 1) In the fall of 1969, Ms. Carol Frazer was walking home from school about 11 or 12 p.m. in downtown Toronto, Ontario. Her attention was @rawn to an elongated oval or cigar-shaped whittish object which she estimates was at least as large as a full moon and was nearby. It emitted a throbbing, irregular hum.
