teletype shortly before November 1, 1963 setting forth details of a plot to shoot President Kennedy with a high-powered rifle in Chicago during a visit scheduled for November 2. He claims two of four conspirators were detained. The FBI denies there ever was such a teletype and no record of it or the alleged plot has ever been found, although one other agent recalls that such a threat had occurred.
