Question 1. - The official policy of DRB during my time was to keep an open maind on UFO's and to watch for any evidence that they existed. No such evidence was ever presented. In pursuing this policy we made available facilities in Ottawa for ¥Vilbur Smith to listen for UFO's. He did not get any results....
