Page 2. I do not want to spend any more time on the problem since there is no way of finally ending it. Any denials on my part are just hailed as more cover up. Incidentally, most, if not all of Smith's work was never really classified top secret or anything else. He never had any institutional base which gave him N.B. authority to classify a document. He just put TOP Secret on his personal papers. DRB may have temporarily clesified some of his work but it was quickly declassified. I hope that...
