1991 Canadian UFO Survey UFOs Observed by Pilots in Canadian Airspace 9910306 NRC N91/26 Kingston, Ontario 0758Z Air Charter 866 was 10 nautical miles NW of Kingston at 9000 feet, eastbound. The pilot and co-pilot observed a "blue- green, luminescent, cigar-shaped object". It "stopped in front of ACX 866, then headed off northbound". Its altitude was estimated to be between 8000 and 41000 feet. It was reported that pilots of numerous other aircraft in the area were also witnesses to the UFO....
