The underground facility connection to the study of UFOs is not new. Since the early 1980s, a debate has continued over whether or not an alien underground facility exists near Dulce, New Mexico. Reportedly, this story started with the claims of scientist and businessman, Paul Bennewitz. The story was repeated and added to by pilot and UFO researcher, John Lear.
