The object was first found on a tidal flat 20 miles upriver from Quebec City, P.Q., around the end of dune, 1960. One piece traced into a scrap yard, was sold on the 4th July, 1960, The person who found the objects claims they were seen shortly before the lst July, 1960, but wore not on the beach...
