I am trying to get caught up on a backlog of mail and because your letter of November 30, 1970 didn't require an immediate answer, I am just getting to it at this time. Incidentally, your most recent letter concern- ing a Canadian representative has been turned over to Mr. Greenwell for answering as that is his department.
