July 9, 1997 The President’s Appointment File (Daily Diary) for 9-10 December 1965 totals eleven pages. They contain no mention of Kecksburg or an ICBM crash. I checked several other files (including the closed portions) and did not find any mention of Kecksburg or of a Soviet missile crash. I am not sure which file Mr. Clearwater was referring to, but he may have meant the National Security File, Situation Room File, which is entirely unprocessed (unavailable).
