SITER-HOOPR EF FUCT The Fisher-Hooper effect consists of the apparent generation of a gravitational field by the rotation of a non-varying magnetic field within a shield. It is suggested that the effect igs due to the voctor cross product of tho magnotic field B and the velucity v with tho electric conponent shiolded out.
