VEL oe 3 The semple that Bob Achzehner gave me is the same one that is described in Test Report PC-61-3, Mineral Sciences Division, Department of Mine and Technical Surveys, Mines Branch, Ottawa. I ran a plate just before leaving Chicago, and a glance at it indicated qualitatively the same results as the report, that is, a high-mangenese steel. On Thursday June 26 I will start work for MRC.
