December 4, 1989 Dear Grant: Thanks for sending me a copy of Bill Moore’s Sept. 23 letter to Scott Crain. In it, Bill says our novel was completed in 1982. Not true. It wasn’t completed until near the very end of 1983, at least 15 or 16 months after he says he brought Jaime Shandera into the MJ-12 investigation.
