/ UFO SIGHTING REPORT ON 23 APRIL 1969 by MR. RON GIBEAU OF 1549 GILLIS STREET, OTTAWA 8 The report first came to my attention through one of Mr, Gibeau's superiors who recommended him as a steady, sensible type who works as a driver for the Department of National Defence.
